The Shift

From where you are, to where you want to be

Before

  • Unclear priorities and no one owning the next step
  • A funded idea with no working plan behind it
  • A program running without steady support

After

  • A 90-day action plan with ownership assigned
  • A program blueprint and launch workplan ready to go
  • Monthly coordination, milestone tracking, and progress summaries

Experience
